Refund Policy

We guarantee our workmanship 100%. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

RETURNS (if applicable)

- The product is flawed, the print quality is poor, the product's you received is different from the product originally represented on our site. Please email us at support@omeexpress.com with a photo of the product you received along with detail shots you wish to include. We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors.
- Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge. For all other requests please email us at support@omeexpress.com. Our customer service team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. 

- Please allow 5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear. 
- All transactions, including refunds, will be processed securely through PayPal. You can refer to our Billing T&Cs for further information.


To be eligible for a refund/replacement, please make sure that:


The product was received in the last 30 days.
The product has the problems we describe below.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

- Any unauthorized returns, or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

- Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Please make sure you refer to it first for the best fit.


ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION

Due to our fast shipping, we can't cancel or change an order after 5 hours. You have 5 hours to contact our staff to help order modifications (such as a size/color change) or cancellation. 

Beside, we can still correct/modify your shipping address before we finish printing the product and ship it out (this process takes an average of 3-5 days). Therefore, please contact us as soon as possible.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED


If your item has not arrived within 30 days after having ordered, please contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)
